Mentoring relationships, both formal and informal, already occur in the lab and other settings. However, when assuming the position of a mentor in a mentoring relationship, what do you consider your role to be? What type of skillset do you need to achieve that role? In this workshop, participants will discuss qualities of good mentorship and skills needed to support it as they reflect on their personal experiences and approaches.
